Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead a senior team of engineers, coaching and developing their careers
• ▹Partner with product, design, research and data disciplines to shape product strategy
• ▹Take accountability for squad delivery, partnering with tech leads and the product manager
• ▹Raise the bar for engineering excellence

Requirements

• ▹Strong technical and delivery background, prior software engineering experience
• ▹Experience on user-facing mobile products
• ▹Founder mindset, focus on driving business impact
• ▹Delivery experience, ability to guide squads toward outcomes
