Responsibilities

• ▹Lead multiple teams (tech leads, senior engineers, 2-3 engineering managers)
• ▹Grow and build new squads as the org expands
• ▹Own technical and delivery outcomes
• ▹Foster engineering excellence and an inclusive team culture

Requirements

• ▹Strong technical and delivery background, prior software engineering experience
• ▹Experience directly managing 2-3 Engineering Managers, leading an org of ~20
• ▹Delivery and execution track record
• ▹Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
