Responsibilities

• ▹Support internal business units through shared engineering services
• ▹Build relationships across stakeholders and own projects end to end
• ▹Work with internal customer-facing teams and product engineering
• ▹Improve observability through metrics, alerting, logging
• ▹Improve continuous deployment
• ▹Use infrastructure as code in a cloud environment
• ▹Cross-functional infrastructure improvements
• ▹Automate upgrades for managed services and VMs

Requirements

• ▹Experience with CI/CD, secrets management, infrastructure as code and observability
• ▹Experience with distributed systems
• ▹Experience operating managed services in the cloud (preferably AWS)
• ▹Kubernetes production experience is a strong plus
• ▹Familiarity with networking (IP addressing, routing)
• ▹Go experience is a plus
• ▹Ability to give and process constructive feedback, work independently
• ▹Flexibility for startup dynamics
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication
