Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and drive frontend architecture for the next-gen console
• ▹Design and maintain cross-origin auth and session infrastructure
• ▹Build and operate a frontend platform hosting multiple products under one workflow
• ▹Establish shared infrastructure, conventions and design patterns
• ▹Create tooling that lets non-frontend engineers build production-quality UI safely
• ▹Partner with Product Design on complex identity concepts
• ▹Collaborate with Growth, Design and Product on experimentation
• ▹Define and improve frontend testing strategy
• ▹Participate in on-call rotation every few weeks

Requirements

• ▹Deep experience building and operating production React apps at scale
• ▹Strong understanding of web platform fundamentals: HTTP, browser security, auth flows, cookies, CORS, CSRF
• ▹Experience building internal platforms, frameworks or shared libraries
• ▹Experience driving a unified console vision across disparate codebases
• ▹Strong architectural judgment
• ▹Experience designing scalable testing strategies
• ▹Comfort collaborating cross-functionally
• ▹Strong written and verbal communication
• ▹High degree of ownership and autonomy

Nice to have

• ▹Experience designing frontend codebases optimized for AI-assisted development
• ▹Experience with design systems and component libraries
• ▹Experience with feature flagging and experimentation systems
• ▹Experience with identity, admin, B2B SaaS or security-sensitive surfaces
