Responsibilities

• ▹Serve as the main technical voice for Databricks across multiple clients
• ▹Lead customers through evaluation and adoption of Databricks
• ▹Implement the technical strategy within the account
• ▹Build a movement of technical champions within the account
• ▹Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
• ▹Provide structured mentorship for other team members

Requirements

• ▹Proven ability to build and lead virtual teams to success
• ▹Experience with very large (>$1m ARR) global accounts
• ▹Ability to build relationships with executives and influencers
• ▹Ability to present a convincing point of view to decision-makers
• ▹Technical background in big data, data science and cloud
• ▹Experience driving data-driven business transformation
• ▹Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
• ▹Willingness to travel up to 35%
• ▹Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
