Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and implement AI-based solutions for marketing, sales and e-commerce
• ▹Evaluate new AI technologies, models and architectures for their practical potential for the Roto Group
• ▹Design and implement intelligent automation and agent solutions to increase efficiency, scalability and customer value
• ▹Further develop digital sales channels and business models using modern AI technologies
• ▹Analyze customer, market and company data to identify growth and optimization potential
• ▹Actively monitor and assess technology developments in generative AI, LLMs, agent systems and digital platforms
• ▹Build know-how and best practices for the productive use of AI within the group

Requirements

• ▹Solid understanding of modern AI systems, especially generative AI, large language models (LLMs) and AI agents
• ▹Practical experience designing and implementing AI-based solutions beyond simply using standard tools
• ▹Understanding of how current AI models work, their strengths and limits, and their economic applications
• ▹Experience with AI workflows, automation solutions and integrating AI into business processes
• ▹Ability to evaluate new AI technologies and turn them into scalable business applications
