Responsibilities

• ▹Act as a trusted technical advisor and solutions architect for strategic partners (or direct advertisers)
• ▹Design and prototype proof-of-concept solutions in Reddit's systems or partner codebases
• ▹Collaborate directly with partner engineering teams to optimize performance and troubleshoot integration gaps
• ▹Lead onboarding, testing, and pre-launch support for smooth implementation
• ▹Represent the technical voice of the partner internally, influencing product and platform priorities
• ▹Support escalations for complex or high-impact integrations

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - or equivalent practical experience
• ▹5+ years of software development experience, owning end-to-end technical projects with cross-org coordination
• ▹Hands-on coding expertise in modern programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js), focused on backend or API development
• ▹Proven ability to contribute directly to external integrations and prototype in partner environments
• ▹Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, and modern SDK patterns
• ▹Effective communicator, presenting complex technical and business ideas to internal leadership and external stakeholders

Nice to have

• ▹Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and industry trends
• ▹Contributions to developer experience through tooling, documentation, or ecosystem standards
• ▹Track record of influencing product roadmaps, involvement in release and launch activities with sales, product, and engineering
• ▹Ads industry and Ads Partnerships experience
