Senior Technical Recruiter - Hardware Operations

Responsibilities

• ▹Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple teams, hiring managers and executives
• ▹Operate as the trusted advisor for hiring leaders and interview teams
• ▹Curate high-quality pipelines and craft compelling candidate experiences
• ▹Deploy a deep understanding of what makes Skydio special to engage and close top talent
• ▹Facilitate interview and decision-making processes that uphold rigorous hiring standards
• ▹Foster collaborative relationships across Hiring Managers, People Ops and Compensation

Requirements

• ▹Deep recruiting expertise within Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Production
• ▹Proven track record building high-performing engineering and operations teams at growth-stage companies
• ▹Strong knowledge of the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem
• ▹Track record sourcing niche talent pools in competitive markets
• ▹Exceptional interpersonal skills and organizational rigor
