Senior Product Manager - ClickHouse Cloud

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and drive development of initiatives on the ClickHouse Cloud product roadmap
• ▹Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform priorities
• ▹Manage the product backlog to ensure the most valuable features are delivered on time
• ▹Ideate and propose new initiatives contributing to overall product strategy
• ▹Collaborate with design, engineering and security teams to align on scope and timeline
• ▹Identify, communicate and resolve cross-team blockers and dependencies
• ▹Deliver periodic status updates to leadership and the broader company
• ▹Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop feature launch strategy
• ▹Define, track and own KPIs, reporting regularly to stakeholders
• ▹Analyze product usage and performance data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of cloud software engineering or related technical experience
• ▹Experience working with SQL databases and data analytics
• ▹Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality products to market
• ▹Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions
• ▹Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• ▹Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
