Full Stack Software Engineer, Codex Cloud Apps

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and build end-to-end agentic product experiences across web, desktop, mobile, APIs, and integrations
• ▹Work directly with customers to understand how individuals and organizations adopt AI agents, translating insights into product direction
• ▹Build products such as AI-powered code review, application generation, and workflow automation
• ▹Partner closely with research teams to transform new model capabilities into reliable, customer-facing features
• ▹Design enterprise-ready capabilities including identity, governance, permissions, compliance, and analytics
• ▹Prototype quickly, ship frequently, and iterate based on product telemetry and customer feedback
• ▹Help define entirely new interaction patterns between humans and AI agents

Requirements

• ▹Strong full-stack engineering skills and a track record of shipping customer-facing products from concept to production to refinement
• ▹Experience building developer tools, SaaS products, workflow systems, collaboration tools, or AI-powered products
• ▹Experience working closely with users and customers and translating feedback into product improvements
• ▹Comfort working across frontend, backend, APIs, data models, and product design

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows and agentic software systems
• ▹Experience with enterprise software concepts such as identity, permissions, compliance, and integrations
• ▹Strong product instincts and a track record of turning ambiguous ideas into successful products
