Full Stack Product Counsel

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop, execute and own product legal strategy across all products
• ▹Serve as go-to counsel for product, engineering and product development
• ▹Build and foster relationships across the organization, from engineers to executives
• ▹Identify risk areas and find smart, creative ways to address them
• ▹Adopt tools and create processes to automate and encourage self-service

Requirements

• ▹JD degree and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• ▹6+ years of in-house experience as a generalist or product counsel
• ▹Experience with both hardware and software
• ▹Strong ability to triage and ruthlessly prioritize
• ▹Managing multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining high accuracy
• ▹Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills
• ▹Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive problem-solving approach

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with international, federal, state and local government customers
