Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from prototype to stable production
• ▹Build full-stack systems that deliver direct customer value
• ▹Embed closely with customer teams to understand needs and drive adoption
• ▹Scope, sequence, and prioritize work, removing blockers early
• ▹Contribute directly in code when progress or clarity depends on it
• ▹Share field feedback with Research and Product to improve the models

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing work
• ▹Track record scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• ▹Production-grade coding and code review across frontend and backend (Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks)
• ▹Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models
