Responsibilities

• ▹Own the technical relationship with commercial prospects and customers
• ▹Develop deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, configurations, messaging, partner ecosystem, and the competitive landscape
• ▹Relay market feedback to the product team and help prioritise functionality needed to drive sales opportunities
• ▹Support customers through their trial process with Vanta
• ▹Build product examples, documentation, and other critical resources for customers
• ▹Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement
• ▹Creatively identify and help drive new programs to improve the pre- to post-sales transition

Requirements

• ▹Able to work from the London office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
• ▹5+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer or equivalent
• ▹Previous B2B SaaS experience
• ▹Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), plus cloud application architecture
• ▹Strong project management skills with a proven ability to operate in an unstructured, startup-like environment
• ▹General knowledge of a scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript) and a desire to expand those skills
• ▹Full professional proficiency in German, required to support the DACH market

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations
• ▹Prior experience in the cybersecurity space
