Senior Data Analyst - Care

Responsibilities

• ▹Proactively use data to identify opportunities to improve customer and partner outcomes and Care processes
• ▹Act as a sparring partner for Care leaders (Partner Success, Customer Success), answering key questions with data and statistical skills
• ▹Steer business-area decision-making through rigorous analyses while navigating ambiguity
• ▹Drive a self-service analytics approach, understand colleagues' data needs, and promote a data-driven culture
• ▹Create data models in the Data Warehouse using dbt
• ▹Contribute to shaping the Data Engineering roadmap

Requirements

• ▹5-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in scale-up environments
• ▹Seasoned working with SQL, dbt, and data visualization tools
• ▹Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders beyond the data team
• ▹Strong business acumen and trusted-partner reputation with business stakeholders
• ▹Strong communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly
• ▹Fluent in English

Nice to have

• ▹French language skills are a plus
