Responsibilities

• ▹Own the growth surfaces end to end: signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion
• ▹Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship changes that move real metrics
• ▹Build full-stack, from the frontend developers first touch to the backend powering it
• ▹Treat conversion and activation as your own metric, owning, measuring and moving it
• ▹Form hypotheses, test them, and iterate quickly based on data

Requirements

• ▹5+ years as a full-stack engineer, with growth/PLG experience and metrics you personally owned
• ▹A proven track record of owning and moving a conversion, activation or funnel metric
• ▹A scientific mindset: hypothesis, experiment, measure, iterate, with real A/B test experience
• ▹Experience working on developer-facing products (SDKs, playgrounds, docs, APIs)
• ▹A track record of staying with your work long enough to see it through
• ▹Must already be authorized to work in the US or the company's eligible remote-hire regions (no visa sponsorship currently)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience shipping in-product growth surfaces at a dev-tools or SaaS company (onboarding, activation, upgrade flows)
• ▹Experience with the team's stack (Next.js, React, Tailwind, TypeScript, Vercel, PostgreSQL, Anthropic Claude API) or building production LLM systems (prompt engineering, tool use, inference pipelines)
