Responsibilities

• ▹Learn the existing system architecture, codebase, tools, and development practices
• ▹Validate existing technical documentation and flag gaps or outdated content
• ▹Proactively highlight blockers to knowledge transfer
• ▹Maintain coding standards, version control practices, and agile routines
• ▹Detect missing logic, undocumented features, or technical debt
• ▹Share acquired knowledge with peers and help ramp up the team
• ▹Actively participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• ▹Clarify requirements, validate assumptions, and ensure technical feasibility of user stories
• ▹Implement functionalities required for new counterparty management processes and workflows
• ▹Enhance applications and infrastructures to align with business needs
• ▹Define and review technical requirements for integration and performance
• ▹Maintain applications according to service level agreements

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 3 years of experience working with Pega (additional low-code/no-code platform experience welcomed, e.g. webMethods, WSO2, Tibco, Mulesoft)
• ▹Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is a must; Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) is welcomed
• ▹Experience with Constellation-based development and enterprise modular reuse patterns
• ▹Experience with Kafka and REST API integrations
• ▹Hands-on expertise with SOAP, REST, and PL/SQL
• ▹Proficient in data modeling, XML (XSD, XSLT, XQuery, XPath), and UML
• ▹Basic knowledge of BPM and process architecture
• ▹Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• ▹Strong communication skills in English (B2+), German is a plus
