Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze customer implementation data, product usage patterns, and lifecycle metrics
• ▹Build and maintain dashboards tracking Go Live performance and time-to-value benchmarks
• ▹Quantify the impact of configuration decisions, workflow design, and feature utilization on customer outcomes
• ▹Identify trends and recurring friction points across deployments
• ▹Collaborate with Clinical Product to surface real-world deployment insights that inform the roadmap
• ▹Work with Sales and Customer Success to develop evidence-based narratives
• ▹Work with Marketing to evaluate communication opportunities
• ▹Support leadership with structured analysis for strategic decisions

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience with clinical and business operations data
• ▹Master's degree in data science or related field preferred
• ▹Healthcare experience, particularly in healthcare technology, clinical operations, or provider workflows
• ▹Track record of turning ambiguous business questions into structured, actionable analyses
• ▹Excellent communication and writing skills
• ▹Strong project management skills, managing multiple priorities
• ▹Strong SQL proficiency with large, structured datasets
• ▹Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks (Looker, Mode, Tableau, Sigma, etc.)
• ▹Ability to design metrics connecting operational inputs to business outcomes
• ▹Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship
