Developer Marketer (Agents)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Run GTM for the Agents and AI Gateway products
• ▹Own launches from zero to done: crafting GTM plans, writing announcements, managing positioning, and supporting adoption
• ▹Be the voice of PostHog for engineers, working closely with product engineers
• ▹Ship work every week, learning fast from it, rather than writing strategy decks and waiting
• ▹Work across the Y Combinator and Startup programs, the most visible launches, and the biggest customer comms

Requirements

• ▹Excellent writing, researching, and communication skills
• ▹Deep experience of the AI space, ideally using agents to ship
• ▹Development experience, though not necessarily in a formal role - vibecoded side projects still count
• ▹Experience targeting developers as customers or writing for technical audiences
• ▹Experience running email campaigns, GTM campaigns, sales enablement

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity or experience working with devtool products
• ▹Experience working as a product marketer, growth marketer, or content marketer
