Developer Relations

Responsibilities

• ▹Implement programs to gather developer feedback and decide how best to communicate with users
• ▹Build and refine product adoption loops through content, product improvements, and community nurturing
• ▹Assist the team with Open Source presence initiatives such as the CLI, Nixpacks, and Templates
• ▹Craft resources that help grow the developer ecosystem and keep the experience seamless for new and existing users

Requirements

• ▹Strong ability to communicate clearly via writing, video, or practical projects incorporating Railway
• ▹Genuine enthusiasm for the product — Railway uses Railway to build Railway
• ▹Ability to share technical insights with developers of all backgrounds
• ▹Great sense of direction and prioritization amid early-stage startup ambiguity
• ▹Comfortable in a few different languages/stacks, able to create educational content on deploying projects on public cloud or Railway
• ▹Able to make highly technical concepts as easy to understand as possible
