Responsibilities

• ▹Build new products and features that make Render more powerful and valuable for users
• ▹Collaborate closely with design, product, and other engineers
• ▹Help evolve and mature the Render codebase as the product scales
• ▹Participate in team planning, roadmapping, and goal-setting
• ▹Help shape team culture and practices as the company scales
• ▹Participate in on-call responsibilities with the team

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of professional experience shipping software
• ▹Experience collaborating with product and design stakeholders
• ▹Experience working across the full stack, both collaboratively and independently
• ▹Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, and databases, with experience in multiple programming languages
• ▹Strong sense of ownership and ability to make pragmatic decisions

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with modern software build and deploy tooling
• ▹Experience building for product-driven growth and enterprise audiences
• ▹Experience with Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Postgres, Terraform, or Temporal
