Responsibilities

• ▹Build new products/features that make Render more powerful and valuable for users
• ▹Collaborate closely with design, product, engineering and cross-functional stakeholders
• ▹Help evolve and mature the Render codebase as the product scales
• ▹Participate in team planning, roadmapping and goal-setting
• ▹Help shape team culture and practices, and participate in on-call

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of professional experience shipping software (bonus: small, high-growth startup)
• ▹Experience collaborating with product and design stakeholders
• ▹Comfortable working across the full stack, independently and collaboratively
• ▹Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases and multiple programming languages
• ▹Strong sense of ownership and pragmatic decision-making

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with modern software build/deploy tooling
• ▹Experience building for product-driven growth and enterprise audiences
• ▹Experience with Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Postgres, Terraform, Temporal
