Technical Recruiter, Early Career

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and run durable, scalable, distinctly Notion early career recruiting programs (internships, new grad pipelines)
• ▹Experiment with new talent discovery models: communities, hackathons, open source, AI-native sourcing tools
• ▹Build inspired evaluation frameworks that go beyond traditional interview loops
• ▹Strengthen employer brand presence with Comms, Design and People
• ▹Coach hiring teams to assess early career talent with nuance, fairness and high standards

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of recruiter experience with meaningful early career, university or program-based hiring exposure
• ▹A builder mentality — energized by creating something new
• ▹Genuine curiosity about finding and evaluating emerging talent
• ▹Strong instincts for employer brand and candidate experience
• ▹Ability to move between strategy and execution
• ▹Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• ▹Comfort using data to make decisions

Nice to have

• ▹Built or contributed to an early career program from scratch
• ▹Experimented with non-traditional sourcing or evaluation approaches
• ▹Deep familiarity with the early career talent landscape in engineering/technical roles
• ▹Active Notion user
