People Analytics Lead - Recruiting

As Recruiting's dedicated people analytics partner, you'll build trusted, self-service recruiting analytics infrastructure — owning the data end-to-end from raw sources to decision-ready insights.

Responsibilities

  • Own recruiting analytics end-to-end: build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure (funnel health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, pipeline aging, recruiter capacity)
  • Build headcount and velocity models translating hiring targets into pipeline math
  • Make talent data decision-grade: define core metrics, document them, build a single source of truth
  • Bring signal to pipeline leadership reviews and QBRs
  • Continuously improve the recruiting system in partnership with Recruiting and Finance
  • Use AI in the first 90 days to accelerate query iteration, metric QA and insight narratives

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build analytics that teams actually rely on for weekly decisions
  • Strong SQL and data modeling judgment: complex queries, debugging, maintainable pipelines
  • Quantitative modeling skill for recruiting problems (funnel math, capacity views)
  • Strategic partner instincts: anticipating leadership questions and showing up with analysis
  • AI-fluent with good taste: daily use of AI for analysis, QA and narrative drafting
  • Comfortable structuring knowledge and workflows in Notion
