Head of Technical Recruiting

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and own the global technical recruiting strategy across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and TPM
• ▹Manage and develop recruiters and recruiting leaders across regions, setting and coaching to a consistent bar
• ▹Serve as a strategic advisor to senior technical leaders, bringing market intelligence and compensation insight
• ▹Lead the adoption of AI tools, workflows, and automation across the recruiting function
• ▹Design and continuously improve processes, systems, and interview infrastructure that allow fast hiring without sacrificing the bar
• ▹Establish and own recruiting metrics that matter (quality of hire, time to fill, source mix, funnel health) to drive decisions
• ▹Partner with Storytelling to sharpen the employer value proposition in the technical talent community

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of recruiting leadership experience with a deep focus on technical hiring across engineering, product, and adjacent functions
• ▹Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing recruiting teams in fast-moving, high-growth environments
• ▹High agency, strategic operator, comfortable in both leadership talent-strategy conversations and hard searches
• ▹Strong analytical instincts, using data to drive decisions across funnel health, quality of hire, and team performance
• ▹Trusted advisor to senior technical leaders, with credibility and market knowledge
• ▹Genuine AI-first orientation, with fluency in modern tools and continuous discovery
• ▹Deep knowledge of technical compensation trends and market dynamics across global talent pools

• ▹Background in technical recruiting with experience closing at the executive level
• ▹Track record of leveraging AI to meaningfully change how recruiting operates
• ▹Experience designing and executing diversity recruiting programs with measurable outcomes
