Compliance Engineer - APAC

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate across teams to maintain compliance certifications and frameworks relevant to APAC (e.g. ISO 27001, Australia's APP, Singapore's PDPA)
• ▹Help shape ElevenLabs' Enterprise offering for regulated APAC industries (finance, telecommunications, government), focused on Australia, New Zealand and Singapore
• ▹Build technical documentation demonstrating compliance across the stack
• ▹Assist the sales team by responding to client security requests and compliance queries
• ▹Conduct risk assessments based on CIS or ISO 27000 frameworks and document findings
• ▹Enhance compliance-as-code tooling to automate monitoring and reporting

Requirements

• ▹Experience completing vendor security assessments and client security questionnaires in regulated APAC industries (government, defense, finance), focused on Australia, New Zealand or Singapore
• ▹Strong technical expertise in compliance management, hands-on with tools such as Vanta
• ▹Proven ability to maintain and acquire certifications while managing audit readiness and documentation
• ▹Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, legal)
• ▹Experience with public cloud compliance (AWS, GCP, Azure) and automating compliance in cloud environments
• ▹Familiarity integrating compliance tools into CI/CD pipelines for automated monitoring and reporting
