Solutions Engineer (remote West Coast, US)

Responsibilities

• ▹Work with customers to understand their business and technical requirements
• ▹Develop and deliver technical content: presentations, demos, evaluations, workshops, and proofs-of-concept
• ▹Act as a technical expert and advisor on the product and adjacent technologies (IaC, CI/CD, DevOps, VCS, cloud providers)
• ▹Stay up to date on the product, competition, emerging technologies, and industry trends
• ▹Collaborate with the Product team to translate customer needs into technical solutions and new product requirements
• ▹Help with booth duty and meet prospects and customers at conferences

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role
• ▹2+ years of hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation), CI/CD, VCS, and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible)
• ▹Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• ▹Excellent communication and presentation skills
• ▹Ability to work independently and in a team environment
