Revenue Operations Analyst (Analytics)

The Revenue Operations team is hiring an Analytics analyst to partner with the business, delivering insight that drives measurable revenue growth and operational impact.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM leadership to elevate reporting, systems and process to drive revenue growth and decision making
  • Manage and enhance quote-to-cash processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally so the Revenue team has a 360-degree customer view in the CRM (product usage, engagement, support tickets, sales emails, marketing campaigns, attribution, contract data)
  • Drive initiatives to improve data hygiene, reporting accuracy and CRM governance
  • Manage urgent ad hoc operational requests

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role
  • Salesforce experience; CPQ experience and Admin certification a plus
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stacks (CRM, enrichment, engagement, automation, analytics)
  • 3+ years of big data experience: using BI tools like Looker or Tableau and/or writing complex, efficient SQL daily
  • Hands-on experience with ETL and popular data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake)

Excellent communicator with senior management audiences, explaining data and analysis clearlyDelivers customer-oriented KPIs and dashboards that drive alignment

What we offer

  • Compensation range: US $75,000–$120,000/year, Canada $105,000–$130,000 CAD/year (actual offer depends on location, level and experience)
  • Weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or local currency equivalent
