Revenue Operations Analyst (Analytics)

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with GTM leadership to elevate reporting, systems and process to drive revenue growth and decision making
• ▹Manage and enhance quote-to-cash processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• ▹Collaborate cross-functionally so the Revenue team has a 360-degree customer view in the CRM (product usage, engagement, support tickets, sales emails, marketing campaigns, attribution, contract data)
• ▹Drive initiatives to improve data hygiene, reporting accuracy and CRM governance
• ▹Manage urgent ad hoc operational requests

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role
• ▹Salesforce experience; CPQ experience and Admin certification a plus
• ▹Familiarity with GTM tech stacks (CRM, enrichment, engagement, automation, analytics)
• ▹3+ years of big data experience: using BI tools like Looker or Tableau and/or writing complex, efficient SQL daily
• ▹Hands-on experience with ETL and popular data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake)

• ▹Compensation range: US $75,000–$120,000/year, Canada $105,000–$130,000 CAD/year (actual offer depends on location, level and experience)
