Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop sourcing strategies
• ▹Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, referrals, and networking
• ▹Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the end-to-end interview process
• ▹Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
• ▹Establish and refine recruiting processes and metrics
• ▹Represent Suno at networking events, job fairs, and conferences
• ▹Stay informed about industry trends, compensation standards, and best practices

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in technology or startups
• ▹A mix of agency and in-house experience is ideal
• ▹Demonstrated track record recruiting for engineering roles (mobile engineering a plus)
• ▹Strong understanding of technical roles and candidate evaluation
• ▹Strong ability to source passive candidates
• ▹Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• ▹Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• ▹Passion for building diverse, inclusive teams
• ▹Strong passion for music

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby) and sourcing tools
