Senior Full Stack Engineer, Integrations Cerner

Fullstack Developer • Remote • Full-time • 📍 United States - Remote

As a Senior Integrations Engineer at Abridge, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the integrations that power the product, working with engineers, implementation specialists, and product managers.

Responsibilities

  • Scale up the business by designing, building, and supporting integrations and infrastructure
  • Build robust healthcare integrations without compromising security, privacy, or quality, using REST-like APIs and standards such as FHIR
  • Collaborate closely with health system customers to deploy, troubleshoot, and support integrations
  • Enhance existing systems with new functionality, improving performance, stability, quality, and security
  • Advocate for high standards, improve code quality, add documentation, and limit technical debt growth
  • Communicate regularly and effectively within cross-functional product delivery teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience launching business-critical integrations with large enterprises
  • 2+ years of Cerner integration experience
  • Experience with mPage workflow components, Dynamic Documentation, and CCL
  • Experience with REST-like APIs (FHIR), OAuth2.0, mTLS
  • Excitement about the tech stack: NodeJS/TypeScript and Google Cloud Platform
  • Passion for working in healthcare integrations
  • Ability to act with autonomy and self-direction while working well in a team
  • Willingness to pitch in wherever needed at a fast-moving startup
  • Comfort working across domains and languages with curiosity to learn
  • Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
