Responsibilities

• ▹Build robust healthcare integrations without compromising security, privacy, or quality, using REST-like APIs, FHIR, and other third-party APIs
• ▹Design, build, and support integrations and infrastructure to scale the business
• ▹Collaborate closely with health system customers on deployment, troubleshooting, and support
• ▹Enhance existing systems for new functionality, performance, stability, and security
• ▹Advocate for high standards, add documentation, and limit growth of technical debt

Requirements

• ▹5+ years launching business-critical integrations with large enterprises
• ▹2+ years of VistA integration experience
• ▹Experience with mPage Workflow components, Dynamic Documentation, and CCL
• ▹Proficiency with REST-like APIs (FHIR), OAuth2.0, mTLS
• ▹Excitement for the tech stack (NodeJS/TypeScript, Google Cloud Platform)
• ▹Ability to work autonomously while collaborating well in a team, comfortable in a fast-moving startup

Nice to have

• ▹2+ years of experience with healthcare data integrations
• ▹Experience delivering integrations with EHRs like Oracle Health/VistA
• ▹Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or X12
