Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with a forward-deployed working team to drive operational excellence and end-to-end program management for complex customer implementations, including design partnerships and strategic accounts
• ▹Translate customer requirements and feedback into structured program plans, working with GTM and Product
• ▹Drive internal cross-functional programs (model lifecycle management, security and compliance buildouts, external certifications) from kickoff through completion
• ▹Align stakeholders and hold workstreams accountable without direct authority over executing teams
• ▹Surface risks and blockers early while managing multiple concurrent workstreams

Requirements

• ▹4-6+ years of experience as a technical program manager or in product/engineering operations, with direct ownership of complex enterprise deployments or large-scale internal initiatives
• ▹Track record running high-stakes customer implementations at the design-partner or strategic-deal tier, where scope is ambiguous and requirements evolve mid-build
• ▹Demonstrated ability to drive programs without authority, with an outcome-oriented, collaborative approach
• ▹Structured, rigorous approach to ambiguity: defining scope, sequencing dependencies, surfacing blockers early
• ▹Enough technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering teams
• ▹Exceptional written and verbal communicator able to calibrate for customers, engineering leads, and executive sponsors alike

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience with LLMs or conversational AI, whether professional or personal
• ▹A track record of moving programs through legal, security, engineering, and customer approval gates
