Software Engineer, Services Platform

Responsibilities

• ▹Establish durable workflow orchestration as a first-class platform with shared abstractions and best practices for every team
• ▹Design a declarative service configuration framework that takes provisioning and deploying new services from days to minutes
• ▹Define the contract for service ownership and build the service catalogue so incidents get resolved in minutes, not hours

Requirements

• ▹Experience building internal developer platforms, service frameworks, or infrastructure abstractions
• ▹Extensive experience with Temporal, durable workflow engines, or similar orchestration systems
• ▹Deep care for developer experience, designing for simplicity and correctness by default
• ▹Experience with deployment tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or service mesh architectures
• ▹Understanding of microservice vs. monolith tradeoffs
• ▹Strong software engineering fundamentals, enjoys shipping production systems that make the whole organization more productive
