As a Presales Engineer, you will work at the intersection of Sales, Product and Customer Success, playing a foundational role as the first Presales Engineer for the German market.
Responsibilities
- ▹Work with top learning and development organizations to align their growth objectives with 360learning capabilities
- ▹Play a crucial role in ensuring the German market region's success, supported by the whole EMEA team
- ▹Become an internal expert in 360learning's technology
- ▹Develop a deep understanding of how current customers use the platform and how it can drive value for future ones
- ▹Bridge the gap between the strategic direction of product development and market needs
