Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with Engagement Managers and Product teams to define customer requirements and facilitate technical workshops
• ▹Serve as Solution Architect during the sales cycle — proposing workflows and architecture, securing customer sign-off, then implementing
• ▹Apply an AI-first experimentation mindset — build proof points in days and iterate on feedback
• ▹Build custom agents and workflows tailored to customer use cases
• ▹Develop integrations with customer systems (CMS, DAM, marketing automation, analytics) and platforms like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Campaign Manager 360
• ▹Capture field-proven use cases and feed them back to Product and Engineering
• ▹Own delivery sprints from requirements through deployment
• ▹Document playbooks, prompts, and best practices; present technical demos and case studies

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise solution architectures
• ▹Outstanding customer-centricity, able to build trust quickly with enterprise technical teams
• ▹Exceptional communication translating complex AI concepts for engineers and executives
• ▹Experience with CMS, DAM, marketing automation tools, and creative workflows
• ▹Extensive hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Gemini), diffusion models (Stable Diffusion, DALL·E), and multimodal AI
• ▹Proficiency with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization
• ▹Startup DNA: high ownership mentality in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
