Responsibilities

• ▹Participate in all aspects of software development: design, coding, code review, unit/integration testing, bug fixing, and API documentation
• ▹Collaborate closely with engineering, growth, marketing, and product teams to plan features
• ▹Improve Warp's performance and reliability by building new features or polishing existing parts
• ▹Prototype ideas and concepts to get quick feedback from internal and external users
• ▹Work across the entire technical stack to ensure the best possible user experience
• ▹Mentor peers, give thoughtful feedback, and build strong personal connections with teammates

Requirements

• ▹Passionate about helping developers get more done
• ▹Amazing engineering chops combined with a product- and user-focused mindset
• ▹Great communication and collaboration skills
• ▹Sensitive to developers' needs, able to develop warm relationships with them

Nice to have

• ▹Building native apps in Rust or WASM
• ▹Shell or Linux-level programming
• ▹Server-side programming in Go
• ▹OpenGL, WebGL, or other graphics programming
