Staff AI Product Analyst, Product Management | Germany | Remote

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner cross-functionally across Product to establish top-level KPIs, dashboards and roadmap planning
• ▹Define how success is measured for AI-powered product experiences (adoption, engagement, quality, retention, outcomes)
• ▹Guide instrumentation of product data together with Design, Product and Engineering
• ▹Design, evaluate and interpret experiments to assess the impact of new AI capabilities
• ▹Develop dbt models to transform and test user behavior data with the Analytics Engineering team
• ▹Influence best practices for Product Analytics across teams
• ▹Contribute to the long-term vision and strategy for Product Analytics

Requirements

• ▹Experience partnering across product and engineering organizations, familiarity with typical product KPIs and frameworks (DAU/MAU, funnels, A/B testing)
• ▹Experience defining and tracking success metrics for complex product areas, ideally including AI-powered features
• ▹Writing complex yet efficient SQL as a daily habit
• ▹Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Omni, Hex or Grafana)
• ▹Writing dbt models, implementing Product Analytics tooling (e.g. Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, FullStory) and using git
• ▹Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) to quickly prototype and iterate
• ▹Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of the observability space
• ▹Familiarity with Airflow or Prefect for ad hoc ETL jobs
