Data Governance Associate

Responsibilities

• ▹Support Data Quality and data issues for Human Resources globally
• ▹Take prioritized HR-generated reports through the data governance lifecycle (cataloging, sourcing, lineage, fit for purpose, data quality monitoring)
• ▹Partner with Business and IT counterparts to develop and implement Data Quality rules for Critical Data Attributes
• ▹Contribute to Data Quality activities for critical HR systems as part of a broader team effort
• ▹Work closely with both HR and IT teams
• ▹Communicate and drive projects forward with technical and non-technical audiences, articulating the value of these control processes
• ▹Provide timely and accurate reporting and summaries of Data Quality across the HR domain
• ▹Lead working groups to prioritize and remediate data issues

Requirements

• ▹At least 4 years of relevant experience in risk and controls, data governance and data quality, with a Bachelor's degree
• ▹Ability to communicate ideas and data verbally and in writing in a persuasive manner
• ▹Experience in quality assurance and managing key risk and control procedures
• ▹Experience in senior stakeholder management with good presentation skills
• ▹Strong MS Excel (functions, pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills
• ▹Experience managing stakeholder relationships

Nice to have

• ▹Working knowledge of Human Resources data, PII and sensitive data
