
Business Analyst (Data Analytics)
This Business Analyst role validates ML/AI designs and architectures, ensures GDPR compliance in ML/AI processes, manages data classification and access control, and documents and presents technical solutions to the works council in German.

Responsibilities
- ▹Validate ML/AI designs and architectures
- ▹Ensure data protection compliance in ML/AI processes
- ▹Review and control data access
- ▹Analyze and classify data according to data protection categories
- ▹Prepare and conduct data protection impact assessments
- ▹Monitor anonymization and pseudonymization
- ▹Manage and document data protection processes
- ▹Optimize and coordinate compliance and data protection processes
- ▹Control and validate individual process steps
- ▹Ensure compliance with access policies
- ▹Coordinate with developers and business partners
- ▹Monitor changes to data protection policies
- ▹Support the business introduction of ML/AI solutions
- ▹Document technical processes in German
- ▹Present technical solutions to the works council
- ▹Participate in meetings with works council representatives
Requirements
- ▹Knowledge of machine learning and AI processes
- ▹Experience with data protection and GDPR
- ▹Understanding of data classification and access control
- ▹Knowledge of anonymization and pseudonymization
- ▹Experience in compliance and process management
- ▹Understanding of business and system processes
- ▹Technical understanding of ML/AI architectures
- ▹Very good German skills, able to produce technical documentation in German
- ▹Comfortable communicating and participating in German-language meetings with the works council and stakeholders
- ▹Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data, complying with NDA and data protection requirements
- ▹In some cases, access restricted to employees based in Germany
