Customer Solutions Architect (AMER)

Responsibilities

• ▹Uncover and understand business and technical requirements
• ▹Design and architect technical solutions on the Supabase platform
• ▹Lead proof-of-value implementations with customers
• ▹Provide regular customer engagements to answer complex questions, unblock adoption, and optimize performance
• ▹Lead pre-sales technical discovery and present platform demonstrations
• ▹Guide onboarding via emails, docs, guides and webinars
• ▹Build account plans for high-value customers
• ▹Act as an internal champion, liaising with Support, Product and Engineering

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering or similar
• ▹Strong background with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
• ▹Web application development experience (Python, C#, React/Vue/Svelte, Node.js)
• ▹Very strong communication skills translating technical concepts
• ▹Experience with project management, business analysis and revenue operations tools (HubSpot, BigQuery)
• ▹Track record leading customer-facing engagements delivering technical and business value
