Responsibilities

• ▹Refactor complex, monolithic systems into secure, scalable distributed architectures
• ▹Optimize quality engineering practices, test-driven development (TDD), and deployment pipelines
• ▹Evolve engineering standards and frameworks to ensure long-term system reliability

Requirements

• ▹Expertise designing secure, scalable distributed systems with our core tech stack, including C#, React, AWS
• ▹Background coaching and mentoring engineers, helping them grow their technical capabilities
• ▹Strong communication skills, navigating complex technical ideas and building alignment
• ▹Growth mindset driving a passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing
• ▹Ability to lead incident responses, resolve failure patterns, and guide quality testing strategies
