Senior Application Engineer (Salesforce Agentforce AI) – Canada

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build AI agents using Agentforce and other AI platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Studio)
• ▹Pioneer intelligent process automations in enterprise environments (Power Automate, Alteryx)
• ▹Build test automations to improve QA efficiency for Salesforce and other applications
• ▹Collaborate with product designers and team members to refine use cases
• ▹Execute development tasks in Apex, JavaScript, Python
• ▹Perform unit tests and create quality test scripts
• ▹Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug systems
• ▹Create and maintain technical documentation
• ▹Onboard, mentor, and coach junior-to-intermediate application engineers, review pull requests

Requirements

• ▹Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI Agents, AI workflows, and custom agent development
• ▹Solid experience with Salesforce integrations and external systems (Conga, DocuSign, Adobe, Marketo, Gainsight, Gong, Qualtrics, Kantata, TaskRay)
• ▹Experience creating intelligent process automations (e.g. Power Automate)
• ▹Solid experience creating test automations for Salesforce and other platforms
• ▹Ability to write clean, scalable code in JavaScript, Apex, Python
• ▹Proficient in DevOps processes and tools (Copado, AutoRabit)
• ▹Proficient in GitHub and DevOps troubleshooting
• ▹Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• ▹Experience with automated testing frameworks (PMD, Selenium, Copado CRT)
• ▹In-depth understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governor limits
• ▹5+ years of experience developing and integrating Salesforce or connected apps
• ▹Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer I & II, Advanced Administrator certifications

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building AI agents on other AI platforms
• ▹Experience on teams using the Product Operating Model
• ▹SaaS product development experience
• ▹Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) or other UI frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular)
• ▹General understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein
• ▹Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms
• ▹Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and SaaS development
• ▹Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
• ▹On-call experience for production systems
• ▹Salesforce Certified Application/Systems Architect certification
