Responsibilities

• ▹Define marketing performance measurement and attribution frameworks
• ▹Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Corporate Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Data Engineering
• ▹Lead attribution modernization or measurement transformation initiatives
• ▹Build the data foundations that Marketing's and 1Password's broader AI capabilities depend on
• ▹Mentor analysts and raise the analytical bar

Requirements

• ▹7+ years in marketing analytics and data strategy within complex B2B SaaS environments
• ▹Deep marketing domain expertise: attribution, funnel analysis, forecasting, KPI development, lifecycle measurement
• ▹Proven experience partnering directly with senior marketing and executive stakeholders
• ▹Advanced SQL and experience with large-scale analytical datasets
• ▹Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools (Hex, Omni, Claude, Dust, or similar)
• ▹Comfort in modern cloud data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt)
• ▹Experience with Marketing/GTM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, GA4)

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics, statistical modeling, or predictive techniques

What we offer

• ▹Base salary: $149,000–$216,000 USD (US) / $131,000–$175,000 CAD (Canada), plus benefits package
