Responsibilities

• ▹Design and build production-grade distributed systems
• ▹Own technical architecture in your domain (Platform or Data)
• ▹Improve reliability, scalability and performance of core systems
• ▹Work closely with internal users (engineers or data practitioners)
• ▹Participate in operational ownership (on-call where applicable)
• ▹Lead projects end-to-end from design to production

Requirements

• ▹7+ years building production systems
• ▹Strong experience in distributed systems or data-intensive systems
• ▹Experience owning system design decisions
• ▹Operational experience (production support, incidents, debugging)
• ▹Experience building systems used by other engineers or data teams

Nice to have

• ▹Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP/Kubernetes)
• ▹CI/CD or developer tooling experience (Platform track)
• ▹dbt, Airflow, Snowflake or similar tools (Data track)
• ▹Observability, reliability engineering or data quality systems
• ▹Experience working across both domains (not required)
