Senior Human Factors Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Own usability engineering and design validation in agile projects, from initial idea to market launch
• ▹Plan and conduct user tests (in-house and external) and create corresponding documentation
• ▹Provide input for requirements definition and product risk analysis from the user's perspective
• ▹Independently manage complex work packages, delegating tasks to internal and external partners
• ▹Compile all relevant results for product approval in global markets (e.g. EU, USA, China)

Requirements

• ▹Master's degree in Human Factors Engineering, Psychology, or an engineering/natural science field with a Human Factors specialization
• ▹Several years of professional experience developing medical devices and/or IVDs
• ▹Experience planning and conducting user tests, including with external partners
• ▹Confident demeanor and business-fluent English communication
