Release Train Engineer Gas Insulated Switchgear

Responsibilities

• ▹Organize and lead PI Planning sessions
• ▹Oversee collaboration across ART teams and remove impediments
• ▹Identify and track risks and dependencies across teams
• ▹Facilitate retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
• ▹Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and leadership
• ▹Champion SAFe principles and contribute to the Lean Agile Center of Excellence

Requirements

• ▹Completed university degree in a technical or commercial field
• ▹Long-term experience as a Release (Train) Engineer
• ▹SAFe Release Train Engineer certification
• ▹Willingness to travel (up to 10%) in an international environment
• ▹Strong communication and facilitation skills
• ▹Fluent German and English
