Release Train Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Organize and facilitate PI Planning sessions, aligning teams
• ▹Supervise ART activities, remove obstacles, coach on agile practices
• ▹Strategically identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
• ▹Facilitate retrospectives and implement feedback mechanisms
• ▹Deliver regular ART progress reports to stakeholders and leadership
• ▹Champion SAFe principles and agile methodologies

Requirements

• ▹IT-related education with relevant experience, or a university degree
• ▹Proven experience as a Release (Train) Engineer or similar role
• ▹SAFe Release Train Engineer certification a plus
• ▹Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• ▹Strong analytical skills for tracking Agile metrics
• ▹Fluent English and willingness to travel
