Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze and resolve complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of data, dependencies, and stakeholder needs
• ▹Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, tools (including approved AI/agent tools), and evaluation criteria
• ▹Own multiple projects and/or programs using structured project management practices
• ▹Network with key contacts outside your area of expertise to understand dependencies, risks, and requirements
• ▹Set cadence, governance, execution standards, and source-of-truth expectations for projects/programs
• ▹Coach others, delegate, and help teams adopt reusable project management practices and approved AI-enabled workflows
• ▹Leverage approved AI/agent tools to improve project efficiency — synthesis, status reporting, risk identification, decision tracking, stakeholder communication, executive summaries
• ▹Develop systems, procedures, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows to help management operate more effectively
• ▹Carry out core project management activities: planning, resource planning, status reporting, risk/issue tracking, dependency management, decision follow-up
• ▹Define, maintain, and continuously improve stakeholder-facing analytics, dashboards, and reporting views

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of technical experience required
• ▹Prior experience in a business consulting or project management function
• ▹Ability to operate independently as a team lead, supervising a small team of consultants or TPMs
• ▹Comfortable working with senior management; willing to offer suggestions and opinions
• ▹Proven experience driving and leading high-impact projects
• ▹Ability to interpret and translate business needs into actionable practices
• ▹Capable of building trust through demonstrated competence and results
• ▹Excellent problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• ▹Motivated by the transformational effects of technology at scale
• ▹Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong command of English
• ▹AI literacy: comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools (LLMs, copilots, automation frameworks) to enhance productivity
