Responsibilities

• ▹Lead, motivate, and develop the Data & Analytics team – setting structured goals, running regular 1-on-1s, and supporting continuous professional growth
• ▹Cultivate team culture and represent Mito's values
• ▹Oversee complex data analysis, tracking, and CRO projects, acting as the final QA filter
• ▹Coordinate entire projects, delegate tasks, and track progress
• ▹Guide mid- to long-term data strategy and architecture, advising clients on data models, data flows, ETL processes, and martech stacks
• ▹Design advanced reporting frameworks, data visualization solutions, and predictive models
• ▹Guard data privacy, ensuring full GDPR and legal compliance across data collection and use

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in people management, team leadership, or mentoring within data, analytics, or tech
• ▹Solid background in digital analytics, tracking, CRO, or data strategy, comfortable discussing ETL, data models, and analytics tech stacks
• ▹Analytical, logical, and structured thinking
• ▹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ▹Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS) or advanced dashboarding systems
• ▹Experience working in an agency or consulting environment
• ▹Enjoyment of public speaking, knowledge sharing, or community building in the data industry
