IT Project Lead – Customer Portal Product Owner

Responsibilities

• ▹Product ownership for the customer portal
• ▹Gather and assess user needs and requirements
• ▹Create and continuously maintain project plans, timelines and roadmaps
• ▹Continuously monitor and document project goals, risks, schedules and budgets
• ▹Develop solution concepts and user stories together with developers, product owners and other stakeholders
• ▹Support implementation processes (e.g. acceptance tests) and document them, train and support key users

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT training (HTL/FH/university) or several years of relevant professional experience
• ▹Several years of experience in process and project management
• ▹Experience with Microsoft Power Pages and CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
• ▹Adequate German and English skills
• ▹Precise, structured way of working and enjoyment of teamwork

Nice to have

• ▹Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
