IT Project Lead – Customer Projects (Cloud/Hosting)

Responsibilities

• ▹Take over and steer customer projects, create and maintain project plans with milestones and dependencies
• ▹Plan and coordinate internal implementation tasks across multiple technical departments
• ▹Continuously monitor project status and proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• ▹Steer changes and handle escalations responsibly with a clear solution focus
• ▹Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, processes, quality standards and KPIs
• ▹Close out projects including formal handover to operations and reconciling billable work with accounting

Requirements

• ▹Project management experience (especially in IT or service delivery) is an advantage
• ▹Good knowledge of cloud and IT infrastructure
• ▹Strong communication skills, confident stakeholder management
• ▹Strong organizational skills, structured and independent way of working
• ▹Experience with PM tools (e.g. Jira)
• ▹Experience in change and escalation management
• ▹Confident German and English skills, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹PM certification (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2)
